Our Beijing duck is prepared according to our own recipe. But shhh... the recipe is a closely guarded secret. Preparation takes up to two days. And it's well worth the effort!

1st course

Duck fillet soup

 

2nd course

Crispy duck skin served with steamed pancakes, spring onions and vegetables, with hoisin sauce

 

3rd course

Roast duck fillet and leg with fresh vegetables and rice

 

4th course

Baked ice cream in a crispy almond dough
